  • Follow Up Services From time to time, and rather frequently, your Customer Service Rep will come by your location just to see if everything is going as you expect it to. You will have that opportunity to talk with him/her and express any problems, challenges or ideas you have regarding the project we've created for you. If, for some reason, you're not in our geographical location, then he/she will be calling you regularly - just to touch base.

  • Customer Support via Phone, MSN Messenger and Email You will be encouraged to contact us via telephone, MSN Messenger and Email so that we may readily address any updates, maintenance requests, questions, comments, concerns or ideas you may have. We believe in the "open-door" policy.

  • Email Setup & Training Setting up email can be stressful if you've never done it before. We are always glad to assist you in setting up your accounts and then showing you how to use them so you get the most benefit from them.

  • In-Person Training We provide training for you and your staff in managing your website and/or your custom marketing system so that your Website produces in the manner that you expect. We also provide training in the generalities of operating your computer programs in conjunction with your online marketing strategies, so you get the most return for the least amount of time and investment on your part.

  • Online Training So that you can learn at your own pace and in your own time, we provide information through our Online Information Library. Videos, articles and how-to reports are available free-of-charge to our Clients.

  • Maintenance We have maintenance plans for those Clients who need their Site regularly updated. For others, we provide low-cost, quick-production maintenance. It doesn't take days, weeks or months for us to respond to your update and/or changes requests.

  • Technology Updates Once you become our Client, we add you to our mailing list so you receive Industry news as soon as we do. Information about the latest technology, such as Video, and how it can help you, is sent to you to keep you on top of the latest online marketing trends and ahead of your competition!

  • Informational Reports and Articles While you may not require any training persé, you'll find lots of relative information for Site Owners in our Online Information Library. Our Library is free for our Clients so you should probably take advantage of it.
